In the "List Transfer" tab of the "Price List Editing Operations"; you select the Company, and then select the transferred Company Price List.
You have two Transfer Options:
Price Transfer of All Items in Selected List: The items and prices of the selected list will be transferred to the existing list. If there are already existing prices in the list that are different from the items to be transferred, they will remain in the list. If there are existing items that are the same as the items to be transferred, they will be overwritten.
Transfer only prices of items in this list: Even if there are more items in a list to transfer, only the prices of items in the current list will be changed.
Once you have completed your selections, you need to press the "Edit Price List" button.
Update from Products
By clicking the "Create Price List from Products" button, all purchasable products are listed in the price list and you can then add prices. If there are products that already exist in the price list before the "Update from Products" operation, their prices remain as they were before the update operation.
External Data Transfer
In Minerva, you can import external data to create price lists that exist in external data sources.
