You can start adding goods issue lines with the " New Line " button.
After pressing the "New Line" button, you can select the "Item Code" from one of the windows.
Product Information
"Product Information The " section is automatically filled by the system based on the product/service master records.
In Minerva it is possible to display any available field on the product card. You can request any information to be displayed, according to your needs.
Facility Information
According to the records under the "Definition" tab of the "Production Consumption Receipt Information" screen, the "Outgoing Facility" - "Storage Location" - "Warehouse Location" information is displayed for each line. You can edit all of them at the line item level. For example; for a certain item, you want to define a different storage location than the one you defined under the "Definition" tab. For this item, you can edit the default location information and the product issue will be sent from this Warehouse and location. The rest of the items will be issued from the default Warehouse and location defined under the "Definition" tab.

Operations Unit
If you have defined more than one unit in the product manager, you can select one of the units you defined in the "Container Information" screen of the product card from the drop-down box as the transaction unit.
Amount
You can write the operation amount in the operation unit.
Stock Unit
In the "Stock Unit" field, the "Working Quantity in Main Unit" converted from the main unit and the "Working Quantity in Working Unit" are displayed.
Secondary Stock Unit
If you have defined multiple units in the product manager, the "Secondary Stock Unit" field is displayed. This field displays the secondary stock unit and the "Operation Quantity in the Secondary Stock Unit" converted from the "Operation Quantity in the Main Unit".
