Alternatively, you can trigger them directly from a request that has not yet been assigned to a vendor or that cannot be fulfilled by the assigned vendor. Requests can be requests for proposals (requests for tenders), auctions, or reverse auctions. Reporting functions are available for the results of the bidding process.
