Central Population Administration System (MERNIS) integration is a service that works integrated with the Minerva system.
In accordance with the authorizations granted by MERNIS, all identity information of your business partners, such as customers, suppliers, and personnel, including their Turkish Republic Identity Numbers and information from their old or new ID cards, are retrieved from the MERNIS system and registered in the system. It is important to note that each query, including the query time and the information queried from MERNIS, is logged separately, and these logs are not deleted from the system.

The service for retrieving identity information allows you to retrieve identity information from MERNIS by searching with the Turkish Republic identity number of your business partners within Minerva.
The service that retrieves address information: You can retrieve the residential address information of your business partner from MERNIS using their Turkish Republic Identity Number.
The Family Information service (Population Registry Service) is the service that queries information about your business partner's close relatives, such as spouse, children, mother, father, and ex-spouse, if any.
