Retail companies, if they use Global Blue as their tax-free agent, can automatically access their customers' information at the time of sale, using their customers' passport details. They can also verify whether a country is included in the system and automatically send invoice information to the Global Blue agent once the invoicing process is complete. This allows them to quickly and easily prepare their customers to receive their tax refunds.
