Under the "Bank Statements" menu, you can record all your transactions made through a bank channel.
You can start entering bank statements by clicking the "New" button.
Bank Statement Information
When you select a Bank Account , the Bank Branch and GL Account fields are automatically filled by the system, taking into account the branch where the bank account was created and the GL Account definition for the bank account.
After saving the " Bank Statement Information", you can start adding lines by pressing the " New Line" button.
Next you need to choose a bank receipt type.
The following "Bank Receipt Types are standard in the " system:
CHD - Bank Deposit
CHW - Bank Withdrawal
CQC - Check Clearing
CQP - Our Check Payment
PNC - Note Exchange
PNP - Our Promissory Note Payment
CTF - Incoming Transfer
CTT - Outgoing Transfer
BGF - Incoming Bank Turnover
BGT - Outgoing Bank Turnover
INC - Income
EXP - Expense
CHD - Bank Deposit
You must select a Cash Account from the "Chart of Accounts" window and type the Transaction Amount .
CHW - Bank Withdrawal
You must select a Cash Account from the "Chart of Accounts" window and type the Transaction Amount .
The first and last transactions will also be displayed in the "Last Transaction Information" and "First Presented Account" sections under the "Check Card" tab.
You can track not only the first and last transactions but also all checks under the "Check Card" tab -> "History" tab.
Integration Information
You can continue to track data for the payment process in e-check transactions.
Account Type: You can select Customer Check or Business Check from the drop-down box.

Reference Transfer ID
Note: When a bank receipt of type "CQP - Our Check Payment" is created, the check is stamped as "Cashed" .
PNC - Note Exchange
When you select a Bills - Bank Account , the Bank Branch and GL Account fields are automatically filled by the system, taking into account the GL Account definition made for the bank account and the branch where the bank account was created.
From the "Bills" window, you need to select the Bill of Exchange ID .
After selecting a "Bills ID", all information about the bill of exchange can be viewed under the "Bills Card" tab.
The first and last transactions will also be displayed in the "Last Transaction Information" and "First Received Account" sections under the "Promissory Note" tab.
You can track not only the first and last transactions but also all transactions of the bill of exchange under the " Bill of Exchange" tab -> " History" tab.
Note: When a bank receipt of type "PNC - Bill of Exchange" is created, the bill of exchange is stamped as "Paid" .
