Automatically Generated Production Consumption Receipts

Goods issues created as a result of Production Work Orders are listed under the "Automatically Created Production Consumable Receipts" menu.

Consumed materials will be issued from the Warehouse and location defined as "Default Consumption Location" in the Bills of Materials for Production .

Relationships

Under the "Relationships" table of the "Production Consumption Voucher Information", the relevant "Production work order" and "Goods receipt voucher" are listed.

These relevant documents are as follows;

• "Production Work Order", which indicates the work order type.
• " Goods Receipt Voucher" (goods receipt voucher) showing the items produced/entered in the production process. These items can be the products of the work in progress that enter the next work center or (in the closing step of the last work order) the final product produced that enters the warehouse defined in the Production Transfer Information section.

Deleting Production Consumption Goods Output Document

If you want to delete an automatically created production consumable issue voucher, you must change the status of the production work order to "Planning" on the "Production work order information" screen.

You can then delete the "Goods receipt voucher" under the "Productions" tab of the "Production work order information" screen.

"Goods delivery slip" will be automatically deleted as "Goods receipt slip" deleted.

The receipt will no longer be listed in "Production Consumer Goods Issues".
