Accounting Journal Balance Re-Preparation

If, for any reason, you need to recalculate the accounting journal balance, you can press the "Recalculate Balances" button.

During this recalculation process, no documents should be entered into the system.

As a result of this process, the legal journal balance is recalculated for the year you logged in.
